  • Because I am 81 years old, altho in pretty good shape for my years, I still am increasingly having balance problems. I believe using this Disc will help me get any worse!     This disc is small enough to keep in the living room so I can sneak in a mini-workout watching TV or playing tug-of-war with the dog. I don’t see it as a “main” workout but it’s a great supplement – I love it.

    So I’m working 10 hour days, and figured hey, if I can squeeze in a little ab work at my desk, then that is one less thing to try and fit in when I get home. I haven’t really noticed any of the “good pain” you get from any exercise. If it does anything in this respect, I think it is minimal. It does however help me to stay put, less needing to hop out of my chair for a minute because it is easier to move a little and satisfy my hyperactive tendency.
