I love the pilates magic circle–it is great for toning and strength building, and it also helps with controlled movements. The video is a bit outdated, but it is a very helpful guide for the various pilates moves you can do with the ring for stand-alone, reformer, and mat exercises. It introduced a few moves that I had not seen before with the magic circle.

I have tried to like this product, as I am interested in pilates.
However, it is difficult for me to use, especially holding it between the knees & thighs. It hurts to squeeze & bruises me. I found that a 25 mm ball is a better choice.

I’ve ordered and tried so many different types of exercise aids, and this is one that works! I saw a difference within 3 weeks of 3 x per week use (generally, sometimes only 2 x per week). And within 3 months my body was fully toned. This particular Magic Circle is very well made and the exercise routine is fast paced, giving a full body workout in 25 minutes. That’s something you can fit into a busy schedule. Some of the exercises I had to build up to doing, others were not as difficult. While the leader demonstrates a few exercises on a Pilates machine I just do the exercises on the floor. And I also do exercises during the introduction while the leader is speaking, some I made up myself to target certain spots. This is easy to use and you get results! Definitely worth the money and the effort to use it. You’ll be amazed!
